Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1 regular pack bread (cut edges)
  2. 1 bowl potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  3. 1 spoon cumin seeds
  4. 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  5. 2 chopped green chillies
  6. 1 spoon red chilli powder Half spoon - Chaat masala
  7. to taste Salt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. Mix all the ingredients & make balls (except bread)

  2. Take water in flat plate, dip bread superficially

  3. Keep potato ball in bread, gently cover the ball with bread, press with gentle hands and squeeze water.

  4. Do the same with breads, and make bread balls.

  5. Deep/Shallow fry the bread balls.

  6. Cut lengthwise, and serve hot with green Chutney & imli chutney
