Ingredients

  1. 6 cups flour
  2. 15 gms yeast
  3. 3 tbsp sugar
  4. 4 tbsp veg. Oil
  5. 1 1/2 Warm water
  6. 1/2 tsp salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix flour, salt sugar, yeast.

    Add oil to the dry ingredients then the warm water and kneed till it forms a soft dough.

    Put aside and cover for about an hour for it to rise.

    Punch in the risen dough and divide in two.

    Roll the dough in a flat surface and fold into a shape as to fit in the bread tin, then place in the bread baking tin and let it rise again for about 20 mins

    The other dough, roll and fold and form to any shape of your choice or into another bread tin, then let it rise for about 20 mins.

    After doughs rising, brush to tops of the risen doughs and place in them in the oven to bake for about 25-30 min. Till the brown.
