  1. Wheat white Flour or All purpose flour (1 cup)
  2. Oats (2 tsp)
  3. Butter (1 cup)
  4. Shredded coconut (2 tsp)
  5. Baking powder (1 tsp)
  6. Baking soda (1 tsp)
  7. Milk for making the cookie dough (2 tbsp)

  1. Preheat the oven up to 250°c.

  2. First in a bowl, add flour, oats, shredded coconut, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.

  3. In another bowl beat butter or melt it in the microwave for 20 mins and mix well.

  4. Now add butter on to flour bowl and mix well and knead on to a dough.

  5. And mix the dough and pour some milk and knead the dough and make balls and decorate and cut as you like.

  6. When done baking serve cold.
