Ingredients

  1. 12 oz Digestive biscuits
  2. 6 oz butter
  3. 250 grams double cream
  4. Small tin of condensed milk
  5. 150 grams soft spreadable cheese
  6. 3 Lemons
  7. 3 Lime
  8. Chocolate for topping (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Crush the biscuits into crumbs

  2. 2

    Melt and add the butter to the biscuits and mix

  3. 3

    Pat the biscuit mix into glasses up to 1cm

  4. 4

    Put in the double cream, condensed milk and the cream cheese wash the lemons and limes

  5. 5

    And zest them and add the juice and taste

  6. 6

    (Optional examples)Chocolate bits or Walnut or both
