Chop tomatoes. Add to blender with a couple of pinches of salt.
Blitz a few times to create a thick paste. Not too much! Taste to check the salt. If happy add to a bowl.
Slice and toast the bread
Sit and enjoy! For each piece as you eat it add lots of oil before lots of tomato. So good!
