My new favourite breakfast. Inspired by a trip to Madrid 🇪🇸

Ingredients

  1. 2 large tomatoes
  2. Good quality olive oil
  3. Salt
  4. Nice bread

Steps

  1. Prepare ingredients

  2. Chop tomatoes. Add to blender with a couple of pinches of salt.

  3. Blitz a few times to create a thick paste. Not too much! Taste to check the salt. If happy add to a bowl.

  4. Slice and toast the bread

  5. Sit and enjoy! For each piece as you eat it add lots of oil before lots of tomato. So good!
