Shiitake Dashi with quick cooked scallops

Ingredients

  1. 1 small pack of scallops
  2. 1 pack bokchoi
  3. 1 carrot
  4. 1-2 tsp Dashi sauce
  5. 1-2 tap soy sauce
  6. 2-3 drop sesame oil
  7. 1 tbsp sake
  8. 1 pack fresh chicken stock

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms and slice thinly.

  2. 2

    Slice spring onions, slice carrot to ribbon shape and cut up bok choy to chunky size

  3. 3

    Bring chicken stock to boil in the sauce pan

  4. 4

    Quick fry mushrooms and scallops on hot pan for 1-2 min

  5. 5

    Once stock is boiling add mushrooms, scallops, bok choy, carrot and spring onions

  6. 6

    Add all the sauces in and taste

  7. 7

    A few drop of sesame oil before serve
