Ingredients

750 gm flour

Pinch salt

1 tbs suger

11 gm instant yeast

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tbs oil
-
1/2 cup warm milk
-
1/2 cup warm water
Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl,mix all dry ingredients

Add oil and milk and start kneeding

Add water little by little and form a soft non sticky dough

Grease another bowl and put the dough.

Cover with a damp cloth and leave it for 10-15 to rise.

Preheat oven at 180° c.roll it out.fold it.and put it in the tray.

Bake for 25 minutes
