This is my friend Sachiko’s recipe. Chicken , egg and olives and much pasley make so tasty. It’s so easy to make. Please try.

Ingredients

  1. 5 green pepper
  2. 200 g minced chicken
  3. 2 boiled eggs
  4. 1/2 onion (minced)
  5. 12 olives
  6. 2 tablespoon cut pasley
  7. 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  8. To taste salt and pepper
  9. To taste cumin powder
  10. 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  11. 2 tablespoon barbecue sauce

  1. Cut green pepper half and powder inside.

  2. Cut vegetables and mix all well.

  3. Mix with hand

  4. Fill meat mixture in green pepper

  5. Fry with vegetable oil on medium heat.
