Thyme and cheese pie
A super easy breakfast. I like to have it with tomatoes and lettuce on the side with a cup of tea :)
Ingredients

1 1/2 cup flour

1 cup oil

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vinegar

2 tablespoon cream cheese

1/4 cup milk
Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in the blender.

Dip a pastry brush into the butter and use it to lightly coat the oven tray. Then spread flour, so that the dough doesn't stick.

Pour the mixture in the tray. Add olives, thyme, black sesame and cream cheese pieces (I used KIRI cheese) on top.

Put in oven 180° for about 25 minutes.
