Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup Quinoa
  2. 1 1/2 cup Milk
  3. 2 tbsp Dry milk powder
  4. 1/4 cup Sugar
  5. 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  6. 1 tsp Ghee
  7. 1 tbsp Chopped almonds
  8. 1 tbsp Chopped cashew nut
  9. 1/2 tbsp Rasinis

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash quinoa thoughrolly.
    Soak quinoa for 15 minutes.drain the water.
    Boil the quinoa in cooker 5 mins.Drain and rinse the quinoa well.

    In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, place the drained quinoa, milk, sugar and dry powder milk.

    Add caradmon powder.

    Bring gently to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer gently for 20-30 minutes, stirring every few minutes, until the kheer has thickened

    Heat ghee in pan fry cashewnut.

    Add Crush and toast the nuts in kheer.

    Serve topped with crushed nuts
