Purple broccoli and kale pasta

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 250 g kale
  2. 2 cloves garlic
  3. 1 medium leek
  4. 2 tbsp cooking oil
  5. 4 tbsp soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Start cooking the pasta in salty water and chop up all the vegetables.

    Sweat out the garlic and leek in the cooking oil. Add the soy sauce when the oil is gone.

    Add the broccoli and kale along with some pasta water and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.

    Drain the pasta and add to a plate and top it off with the broccoli and kale. Garnish with some hot red pepper if you like it spicy.
