A quick healthy side dish when you want that extra veggie.
It tastes better with crunchy texture, so don't over cook the carrot!

Peel and cut the carrot in to 3-4 cm in length, then each in 1cm width. Slice each pieces thinly from the edge into a rectangular shape.

Mix sake and miso in a bowl

Heat the oil in a pan and saute the carrot for 3 minutes. Pour the mixture in, sprinkle the sesame and remove from heat.
