Thinking of soups to cook from scaratch and i had these ingredoents and they work well together so here it is. It is Gorgeous quite proud of myself Haha, makes about 2 pints #Soup
2 dried veg to crumble in 1+1/2 pints water and mix. Add to the heat then add all the ingredients. Add the kasuri Methi

Boil then simmer for 30 minutes. Add to a blender and blend until there is no lumpy veg left. You may need 1/2 cup boiled water to top up if its too thick.

Add to serving bowls and add fresh Basil and some tasty seeds for the dressing.

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
