  2. 2 medium tomatoes
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 7 thin slices of leek
  5. 0.5 tsp salt
  6. 1.5 tsp sugar

    Chop 3 tomatoes into wedges and stir 3 eggs with 7 thin slices of leek

  2. Add Photo

    Preheat pan. Add oil when hot. Wait for oil is 80% hot

  3. Add Photo

    Fry eggs until soft and tender, pour egg out into a pan

  4. Add Photo

    Fry tomato until smells nice and liquid comes out. Chop tomatoes as they frying.

    Add egg and fry together with tomato

  6. Add Photo

    Add 1.5 tsp sugar and 0.5 tsp salt

    Fry a little more

    Notes: tomato slices should be thin; Squish out the juice first before frying tomatoes?? <-- try next time
