Whenever I have friends coming over to my house with a bottle of wine, this is something I always prepare for them.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 100 g ground beef
  2. 100 g ground pork
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 clove garlic
  5. 1 can(400g) beans (usually kidney beans but I used soy beans instead)
  6. 1 can(400g)tomatoes
  7. ■200 g water or red wine
  8. ■1 tbsp chili powder
  9. ■1 tbsp cumin
  10. ■2 tbsp ketchup
  11. ■1 dry laurel
  12. ■1 consome cube or 1tsp salt
  13. ■1 tsp sugar
  14. salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the garlic and onion into small pieces. Heat oil in a pot and cook the vegetables.

    Add in the meat. Keep cooking until it's soft and brown.

    Add the beans and ■. When it starts to boil, finally add the tomato can and simmer at low heat for about 20-25min.

    Mix occasionally. Don't use the lid.

    Adjust with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
