Made this with a combination of Brie, Feta, and Blue cheese. (Using up all the leftover bits in the fridge.) Basil, parsley, arugula and chives from the garden for the herbs. Easy and delicious! Would have been even better with the tomatoes as per your recipe, but I didn't have any on hand, so I squeezed a little lemon on the pasta for a bit of acid contrast.
