93F here today, so this was a yummy,refreshing light lunch with a little cheese and charcuterie on the side. Added a tiny pinch of sugar because the lemon I used today was super tart! Easy and tasty. I'm sure the leftovers will be even yummier when the flavors have had more time to steep. Thanks, Christina! 😋
