Picked this recipe as i had all the ingredients on hand. I used an immersion blender after it cooled slightly and reheated to serve it hot. Surprisingly easy to make despite the lack of in-depth instructions. I used 4 cups of water and boiled on medium high for ~10 minutes before turning it down to medium low for another 20 minutes until the veggies were tender. Stirring occasionally I'm sure it can be set to low heat for a longer spell.
