Tri-Colour Chicken Pasta Platter
Ingredients

~FOUR STEPS:

●1st Step; (Mix Vegetables)

1 medium onion square pieces

1 cup cabbage Julien

1 cup capsicum Julien
-
1 cup carrot Julien
-
1 tbls vinegar
-
1 tbls soya sauce
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp black pepper
-
1 tbls oil
-
●2nd Step; (Chicken gravy)

1/2 kg Chicken small cubes
-
1 tbls minced garlic
-
1 tbls soya sauce
-
1 tbls vinegar
-
1 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 cup Chilli garlic sauce
-
1 tbls oil
-
●Step 3; (Tri-Colour Pasta)

2 cups tri-colour Pasta
-
1 tsp salt + 1 tbls oil
-
4 glass water
-
1 tbls extra version olive oil
-
1 tsp vinegar
-
1 tsp soya sauce
-
1 tsp chicken powder (optional)

●4th Step; (French Fries)
-
1/2 kg potatoes cut into fries shape
-
1/2 cup cornflour
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp black pepper crushed
Cooking Instructions

In a Pan, add 1 tbls of oil and soutay onions till turn slightly soft, add vegetables (cabbage, carrots and capsicum) cook for 2 to 3 minutes. (Do not over cook)

Add vinegar and soya sauce at high flame. Set on Platter in circular style which shown in picture.

Add 1 tbls oil in a pan and soutay garlic mince then add chicken cubes, when chicken turn its colour in white then add salt and pepper.

Cook for 2 minutes and add 1 cup chilli garlic sauce, cook for another minute, chicken saucey gravy is ready cover it.Boil pasta in water with salt and oil. In another pan heat up extra version olive oil and slightly fry the pasta on high flame just for coating olive oil on pasta. (Mix chicken powder if wants, its optional)

Cut potatoes in fries shape and marinate with ½ cup cornflour, 1 tsp sakt and 1 tsp black pepper. And fry in medium high flame till its crisps.

Plattering~ 1st; Set vegetables mix in the platter in a circle. 2nd; set tr-colour Pasta in middle of the vegetables circle.3rd; set french fries on 4 corners of the platter. 4rd; pour hot soucy chicken gravy on the pasta. (At the end can pour some thousand Island dressing on top of the chicken (its optional).
