Ingredients

  1. 2 medium sized onion
  2. 1/2 cup rice flour
  3. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  4. 1 tsp ginger & green chilli paste
  5. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  6. 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
  7. as per taste salt
  8. 2 tbsp water

Cooking Instructions

    Cut into long and thin pieces

    As shown.

    Add rice flour

  4. 4

    Add red chilli flakes & salt

  5. 5

    Add chaat masala

  6. 6

    Add ginger & green chilli paste add jeera powder

  7. 7

    Add coriander leaves

  8. 8

    Mix well

  9. 9

    Add 1 tbsp water

  10. 10

    Again 1 tbsp water

  11. 11

    Heat the oil.

  12. 12

    Now fry pakodas.

  13. 13

    Fry till it gets golden brown

  14. 14

    Serve hot.
