My creamy egg salad

I think my friends in South Carolina like this recipe. I made it several times while I was there!
Ingredients

12 eggs

4 Tbsp mayo

2 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp pickle relish (I chop very fine)

1 tsp pickle relish juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

dash smoked paprika (or regular if you don't have smoked)
Cooking Instructions

Put the eggs in a pot of cold water, covering 1 inch. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.Remove from heat and cover for 20 minutes. When eggs are cool, peel and chop.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the eggs, mayo, mustard, S&P, relish and juice and paprika with a fork to mix but not puree. Chill and serve.
