Paul's Pizza Sauce

Another I came up with after experimenting. No cooking and freezes well. I make 4 containers for our 11" pizzas. Use the best sauce/paste you can find. Hunts, to me is bland.
Ingredients

224 g (8 oz) Tomato Paste

308 g (11 oz) Tomato Sauce

112 g (4 oz) Water

4 tsp Litehouse Freeze Dried Basil (1 tsp+ regular dried)

4 tsp Litehouse Freeze Dried Basil (1 tsp+ regular dried)

1/2 tsp +1/8 tsp dried McCormick Crushed Rosemary

1/2 tsp +1/8 tsp Fennel Seed

1/2 tsp +1/8 tsp Kosher Salt

1/8 tsp or to taste Tubed Anchovy Paste
Cooking Instructions

Measure all ingredients and whisk thoroughly.

Add more water if to thick or touch of paste if too thin

Weigh out portions you'll be using and put in freezer or refrigerator
