Another I came up with after experimenting. No cooking and freezes well. I make 4 containers for our 11" pizzas. Use the best sauce/paste you can find. Hunts, to me is bland.

Ingredients

About 20 minutes to measure and mix.
2-15"pizzas or 4-11" pizzas
  1. 224 g (8 oz) Tomato Paste
  2. 308 g (11 oz) Tomato Sauce
  3. 112 g (4 oz) Water
  4. 4 tsp Litehouse Freeze Dried Basil (1 tsp+ regular dried)
  5. 4 tsp Litehouse Freeze Dried Basil (1 tsp+ regular dried)
  6. 1/2 tsp +1/8 tsp dried McCormick Crushed Rosemary
  7. 1/2 tsp +1/8 tsp Fennel Seed
  8. 1/2 tsp +1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
  9. 1/8 tsp or to taste Tubed Anchovy Paste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Measure all ingredients and whisk thoroughly.

    Add more water if to thick or touch of paste if too thin

  3. 3

    Weigh out portions you'll be using and put in freezer or refrigerator

Retired at age 55 and enjoying the mountains. I'm now 72, married for 50 years. :) I love to cook but I don't care if ingredients are Organic nor GMO, Gluten-free, low calorie, or low Cholesterol! And Never use low/no-Fat as I enjoy good food. I never take procedural pictures as most cooks know how to boil water and stir sauces.
