Marinated Tuna Steak

Ingredients

300 g tuna

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp parsley

3 cloves garlic

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp ground pepper
Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins.

Lightly oil pan. Cook tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes in high heat or to desired doneness on each side. Set aside.

Cook marinade for about 5 minutes. Place on top of tuna steaks. Serve and enjoy!
