  1. 5 lbs brisket
  2. to taste beef broth
  3. as needed apple juice

Cooking Instructions

    Inject brisket with beef broth.

    Smoke for 6-7 hours, starting at 280 degrees and decreasing to 250 degrees if necessary.

    Spray with apple juice as needed.

  4. 4

    If it stalls, use Texas Crutch and finish cooking
