Chicken cheese dinner rolls

When there is time to take break from desi food then these chicken cheese rolls are best choice. These are softest, delicious and mouthwatering rolls,best for dinner.
Ingredients

Dough

2 cups Flour

1 tsp Yeast

1 tbsp Sugar
-
1 tsp Salt
-
1/4 cup Oil
-
Lukewarm water as required

Filling
-
2 tbsp Butter
-
1 Onion (medium/chopped)

1 cup Chicken boiled and shredded

Salt as per taste

1 tsp White pepper
-
1 1/2 tsp Red crushed chilli flakes

1/2 tsp Oregano
-
1/4 cup Capsicum chopped

1 1/2 tbsp Flour
-
1 cup Milk
-
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
-
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

1 Egg
-
1 tsp Sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, yeast and mix, then add oil and mix to make homogenized mixture. Knead with warm water to make soft dough. Keep at hot temperature to get well rise.

Boil the chicken with garlic cloves and shred the chicken. In a pan melt butter, add chopped onion, green chillies and boiled cloves. Cook until onion becomes translucent. Add shredded chicken, chopped capsicum and all spices. Saute them well.

Add flour and cook for good 3 minutes. Add milk and cook until mixture gets thick. Keep it aside to cool.

Knead the dough for a while and make small round balls.

Roll the balls into flate sheet and add prepared filling,parmesan and mozzarella cheese to it and roll in the following 2 ways as shown in pictures.

Keep them at room temperature for 15 minutes. Apply egg wash on the rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds on them. Bake at 170°C for 35 minutes.
