I tried making this shirataki miso ramen when I had leftover meat.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 150 grams Mixed ground beef and pork
  2. 200 grams Vegetable (your choice of vegetables. I used a veggie pack)
  3. 2 bags Shirataki noodles
  4. 1 dash Sesame oil
  5. 1 approx. 1/2 teaspoon Ginger (tubed is fine)
  6. 1 approx. 1/2 teaspoon Garlic (tubed is fine)
  7. 2 tbsp ●Sake
  8. 1 dash ●Salt and pepper
  9. 2 tsp ●Ra-yu
  10. 3 tbsp ●Miso
  11. 1 approx. 1 tablespoon ●Doubanjiang
  12. 600 ml ○Hot water
  13. 4 tsp ○Chinese Chicken stock powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan with heated sesame oil, add minced the ginger, garlic, and meat. When the meat is browned half way through, add the vegetables and cook.

    After combining the ingredients marked ●, add them to the pan. Cut the shirataki noodles to desired lengths, add them along with the ingredients marked ○, and heat evenly.

    When the soup starts to simmer, it's done.
