Eggy Cupcakes

I came up with these when I was feeling a little hungry one afternoon.

Add vanilla extract for fragrance. I recommend you use caster sugar. Recipe by *Halu*

Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 30 grams Butter
  2. 50 grams Sugar
  3. 1 Egg
  4. 60 grams Cake flour
  5. 1 tsp Baking powder

Method

    If you increase the amount of butter to 40 g, they'll be moist. They'll also still be sweet with just 40 g of sugar.

    Soften the butter to room temperature and mix it with the sugar.

  3. Edit

    Add the beaten egg a little at a time, mixing with each addition. Mix in the dry ingredients.

  4. Edit

    Fill the cups 60-70% of the way, and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180ºC.
