Firefly Squid and Nanohana Corzetti

This is a traditional pasta dish from Liguria, Italy.

It's more delicious if you take care not to crush the firefly squid as you stir-fry it. Recipe by Tenshino papa chef

  1. 12 sheets Corzetti pasta
  2. 10 Firefly squid
  3. 4 Broccolini
  4. 4 grams Garlic
  5. 3 grams Anchovies
  6. 100 grams Fresh tomatoes
  7. 30 grams Tomato sauce
  8. 1 Olive oil
  9. 1 Salt


  1. Change

    Gently stir-fry the firefly squid, garlic, and olive oil in a frying pan.

  2. Change

    Add the anchovies and fresh tomatoes. Lightly simmer over low heat, then add the lightly boiled broccolini.

  3. Change

    Boil and fry the corzetti, then coat with the sauce in the frying pan.

    Emulsify with olive oil to finish.
