I got some cute "Alps otome" apples, so I wanted to make candied apples.
Note: Be careful not to coat the apples in too much of the caramel, or else the color of the apples will change.

Cut off the pointed end of the skewers.
Thoroughly rinse the apples, and allow to dry.
Pierce the apple tops with the skewers.
Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan, then heat for 8-10 minutes over low heat while stirring.
It's ready once it comes to a rolling boil with large bubbles.
Remove from heat, wait for the bubbles to settle, then quickly coat the apples in the caramel.
Stick on the pumpkin seed before the caramel hardens.
They're done in a few minutes, after the caramel hardens.
