Ingredients

  1. 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
  2. 1.5 cups sugar
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1 tsp ground ginger
  7. .5 tsp ground cloves
  8. 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
  9. 2 deep dish raw pie crusts

Method

    Preheat oven to 425

    Combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs. Stir in salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves. Add evaporated milk while stirring. Pour into pie shells.

    Bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes.

    Reduce oven temp to 350, bake for 45 minutes.
