Taco Rice

I recreated a dish I've had at a restaurant.

Add the flavoring ingredient to the taco meat mixture once the onions have cooked through. The onions will lose its harshness and become sweet.
You could also top with fried or poached eggs or melting cheese. Recipe by hiro kitchen



2 servings
  1. 200 grams Mixed ground beef and pork
  2. 1/2 Onion
  3. 2 leaves Lettuce
  4. 6 to 7 Cherry tomatoes
  5. 4 tbsp ★ Ketchup
  6. 2 tbsp ★ Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
  7. 1 tsp ★ Curry powder
  8. 1 dash of each ★ Salt and pepper
  9. 2 servings Plain cooked rice

    Chop the onions finely. Shred the lettuce leaves. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.

    Combine the ingredients marked ★.

    Make the taco meat mixture. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add the ground meat and onion and stir fry.

    When it's cooked, add the ★ ingredients and reduce the sauce a little. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Serve some rice in bowls and top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and taco meat mix.
