Rice Bowl with Chicken Breast and Bell Peppers Stir-Fried in Oyster Sauce

I created this recipe in order to serve up a delicious dish using chicken breasts.

The key is to cook the ingredients quickly over high heat.
Once the preparation is done, all you need to do is stir-fry. It's easy. Recipe by Peroty

  1. 1 Chicken breast
  2. 2 Bell peppers
  3. 2 Red bell pepper
  4. 1/2 a packet Shimeji mushrooms
  5. 2 tbsp Katakuriko
  6. 1 Salt and pepper
  7. 2 tsp ☆Oyster sauce
  8. 2 tsp ☆Soy sauce
  9. 2 tsp Sake
  10. 1 Mayonnaise
  11. 3 tbsp Sesame oil

    Cut the green and red peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces.

    Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken, and coat with katakuriko.

    Heat a frying pan with the sesame oil and stir-fry the chicken.

    When cooked through, add the sake. Lid and steam-fry over medium heat for 1.5 minutes.

    Add the bell peppers and shimeji mushrooms, then continue stir-frying.

    Once cooked through, add the ☆ ingredients and continue stir-frying. Season with salt and pepper to your liking!

    Serve on freshly cooked rice, squeeze out mayonnaise on top, and you're done.
