Leave butter and cream cheese at room temperature

Soak the raisins and cut walnut

Mix butter and cream cheese well

Put vanilla, flour and baking powder and mix with hand

Prepare the sugar on flat plate.

Make the dough like golf ball and spread round shape

Stick one side on sugar and put raisins and walnuts on sugar side.

Fold half and stick sugar on one side

Fold again and stick sugar

Unfold a little of upper side

Preheat 180°c and bake for 20-25 minutes till the cookies golden brown.
