Crispy and Juicy Deep-Fried Chicken Breasts

I made this because I had bought some chicken breasts.

Ingredients

400 grams Chicken breast

2 tbsp ●Sake

1 tsp ●Sugar

2/3 tsp ●Salt

1 dash ●Pepper

1 Flour, beaten egg, panko

1 Oil for deep-frying

1 (as needed), Tartar sauce (optional)
Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken breasts into 1.5-2 cm thick cylinder shapes.

Place the chicken into a bowl and rub in the ● ingredients. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes.

Coat the marinated chicken with flour, beaten egg, and panko, in that order.

Deep-fry in 170-180℃ oil until crispy and golden brown.

Serve on a dish and optionally top with tartar sauce.
