Ingredients

  1. 400 grams Chicken breast
  2. 2 tbsp ●Sake
  3. 1 tsp ●Sugar
  4. 2/3 tsp ●Salt
  5. 1 dash ●Pepper
  6. 1 Flour, beaten egg, panko
  7. 1 Oil for deep-frying
  8. 1 (as needed), Tartar sauce (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken breasts into 1.5-2 cm thick cylinder shapes.

    Place the chicken into a bowl and rub in the ● ingredients. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes.

    Coat the marinated chicken with flour, beaten egg, and panko, in that order.

    Deep-fry in 170-180℃ oil until crispy and golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve on a dish and optionally top with tartar sauce.
