Fluffy and Chewy Okazu Pan (Bread with Savoury Filling)

I tried baking this dish with a variety of ingredient ratios. All of them were good but this one is easy to remember, and the bread turned out to be chewy and fluffy, so I uploaded the recipe here.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 200 grams *Bread flour
  2. 20 grams *Sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp *Salt
  4. 20 grams *Butter
  5. 1 tsp *Instant dry yeast
  6. 140 ml *Milk
  7. 2 Boiled eggs
  8. 1 Grainy mustard
  9. 1 Pizza cheese
  10. 1 Mayonnaise
  11. 8 slice Ham

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Put all the * ingredients in a bread maker, and wait until the 1st rising is finished.

  2. Change

    Press the air out, let it rest, roll out the dough, and arrange your favourite filling on top.

  3. Change

    Roll it up, cut into portions with a knife, and place in the pan.

  4. Change

    Allow the dough to rise for 40-60 minutes until it fills up the pan with the bread-rising setting in the oven.

    When it rose as shown in the picture, top with your desired toppings. This is optional.

  6. Change

    Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180℃. After about 15 minutes of baking, prepare aluminium foil in case it starts to brown too much.
