Apple Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients

2 medium apples

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons parsley
-
1-1/2 teaspoon dill weed

1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cooking Instructions

Peel and chop the apples add lemon juice and coat all the apple

Peel, deseed, the cube the Cucumber

Add to the apple. Salt them both

Add sour cream, parsley, and dill weed. Mix well.
