BBQ Sauce Braised Pork Shoulder
Yum! So tender and delicious! I had a craving for something with a little "Asian flair" so I tweaked this a little bit by adding about 1/4 tsp Chinese Five Spice to the dry seasonings and replacing 1/4 cup of the bbq sauce with hoisen. I also used honey to add a touch of sweetness because I discovered I'm out of brown sugar tonight. Thanks for a great recipe!
