No Knead Yeast Rolls

I was skeptical about making a no knead roll. I have been told how easy and gpod they turn out various times so decided to give it a try, Much to my surprise these were light, soft inside with a light crisp crust. They are really amazing for such a simple recipe. I am most definitely a believer now!!
