I bought a large head of cabbage that was on sale so I thought of this recipe to use it up.

If you like your cabbage more wilted, wait for 10 minutes and it will become slightly pickled. Recipe by Tappurinko

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 Cabbage
  2. 1 to 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  3. 1/2 tsp Salt
  4. 3 shakes Flavor enhancer (optional)
  5. 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  6. To finish:
  7. 1 Toasted sesame seeds

Method

    Roughly chop the cabbage.

    Put all of the ingredients into a plastic bag and rub together 10-15 times.
