Ingredients

  1. package cubed steak
  2. 3 cans on cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's is the best)
  3. 1 large onion (diced)
  4. 1 can sliced mushrooms and stems
  5. white rice or mashed potatos

Steps

  1. Flour and season both sides of the cubed steak and fry about 2 or 3 minutes on each side placing them in the bottom of a non stick or greased baking dish.

  2. Pour mushroom soup, diced onion and canned mushrooms over top of meat and mix together, spreading over top of meat

  3. Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minuts

  4. Serve over white rice or mashed potatoes.
