Ingredients

  1. 14.75 oz artichoke hearts
  2. 8 oz cream cheese
  3. 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  4. 8 oz sour cream
  5. 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
  6. 4 cloves minced garlic
  7. to taste salt and pepper

  1. Defrost spinach in microwave (about 5 min)
