Baked Potato Soup in the Crockpot

Ingredients

  1. Half a bag of potatoss
  2. Small bag of Bacon Bits
  3. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  4. Half a can of Half & Half
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 tbs pepper
  7. Half a cup of water
  8. 1 cup chicken stock

Steps

  1. Peel potatoes of your choice and put in the crockpot with the water and stock.

  2. Add bacon bits, salt, and pepper.

  3. Turn crock pot on high for 4 hours.

  4. Once potatoes are done add half and half.

  5. Cook for 30 more minutes on low.

  6. Add cheese and mix it in or add it once you've made yourself a bowl.

  7. I bought a box of Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits to go with it.
