Ingredients

  1. 6 oz box Annie's Mac n cheese
  2. 1 1/4 cups water
  3. 3 Tbls milk
  4. 2 Tbls butter
  5. cheese packet from the box
  6. Optional addins: 2 Frozen or thawed hotdogs, 3/4 cups diced ham
  7. optional cont: 1/2 cup frozen or thawed peas or Broccoli florets

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to the Instant pot.

    Stir to mix

  3. 3

    Close lid and position to vent to seal

  4. 4

    Select manual and adjust pressure time to 2 minutes

  5. 5

    When finished, let natural pressure release for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Remove lid and stir. Let sit uncovered for 3-5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Stir again, then Eat it!

Def just double all the ingredients to scale it up @James Cleveland. I do this ALL the time and it comes out great. Tonight I added a packet of taco seasoning, used unsalted broth for the water, then when it was cooked, added more cheese, a can of (drained) great northern beans (would have used pinto if I had them), a (drained) can of corn and some salsa. TACO MAC!
