White and Dark Cookies

Everything that's delicious in one cookie, how can you go wrong?
Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 1/3 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup chocolate chips
-
1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips
-
1 cup pecans
-
1 cup butter softened
-
2 eggs
-
2 Tbsp Amaretto
-
1 tsp vanilla
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Cream butter with sugar.

Add eggs, liqueur and vanilla.

Mix flour, salt & baking soda in a separate bowl.

Set mixer to low, add flour mixture slowly (1/4 - 1/2 cup at a time) until fully incorporated

Add chips & nuts and mix

Bake for 8 - 10 minutes (do not overbake!) They will come out soft and a little gooey so let them cool on the pan for at least 10 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and finish cooling
