Ingredients

  1. 1 big well flavoured ripe mango
  2. 2 tbsp sugar
  3. 1 piece flavoured lemon
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 1 little piece of cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Peel of yhe mango and separate the pulp from seed Mix up with sugar.

  2. 2

    Blend the pulp sugar mixture in a blender.

  3. 3

    Add water and blend again.Collect the juice in a serving cup.

  4. 4

    Top up with cinnamon piece and slit the lemon piece. Put it at a side.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for half an hour and serve chilled.
