Curry Potatoes, sweet chilli stir fry with salmon

Ingredients

  1. 3 medium size potato
  2. Half onion
  3. Salmon
  4. Curry powder
  5. Half red pepper
  6. Half yellow pepper
  7. 1 full green pepper
  8. Half red cabbage
  9. Parsley
  10. Black pepper
  11. Olive oil
  12. Sweet chillie sauce
  13. 1 carrot

Method

    Add Photo

    Peel off skin from potatoes dice nicely boil for 15 minutes. Dice onions In small sizes fry with curry powder until the onions are well cooked. Pour the onions in the potatoes mix together and add a little salt. Slice pepper in long stripes, and carrots. Boils carrots first for 5-7 minutes then add your pepper and fry with olive oil. Chop red cabbage thinly and add and mix all together. Pour parsley, black pepper, sweet chillie and mix all togther. Grill salmon for 10 minutes.
