Mix dry ingredient in one bowl and the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Siift dry ingrediants into the wet and mix well. The may be a few clumps. The batter should be a bit thick.
Heat pan on stove on low/ medium low
Sprinkle water on pan, if water sizzles the pan is not enough.
Put batter on pan
Flip pancakes when the batter forms bubbles. Flip when bubbles pop
Cool other side as long as you want
The recipe makes about 7 pancakes
