Stir Fried Chicken and Leafy Greens

Had a few leafy greens to use up so I quickly threw this stir fry together and was surprised how delicious it turned out! Literally takes 5 to 10 minutes.



2 servings
  1. 200 g chicken
  2. 4 leaves baby bok choy
  3. 4 leaves Komatsuna or any leafy green
  4. 1 clove garlic
  5. ginger same (amount as garlic)
  6. 2-3 Tbsp Soy sauce
  7. 2-3 Tbsp Mirin

  1. Change

    Dice your garlic and ginger, fry in some olive oil on a medium heat until golden, then add the cubed chicken

  2. Change

    Continue cooking on a medium heat until the chicken is cooked through

  3. Change

    then add the Komatsuna or any leafy greens you have to hand

  4. Change

    pour in your soy sauce and mirin and continue to fry, stirring well

  5. Change

    add the baby bok choy or other leafy greens

  6. Change

    when the greens have contracted, serve. Especially nice with fresh hot rice
