Ingredients

  1. 1/3 .cup mayonnaise
  2. 1 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  3. 1/2 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
  4. 1 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegat
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and salt to taste
  6. For Shrimp Salad
  7. 1 pound cooked peeled and deveined shrimp
  8. 1 cup peeled cucumber, sliced into half rounds
  9. 1/4 cup chopped celery
  10. 2 tablespoons thinly sliced sweet onion
  11. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  12. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  13. Large lettuce or cabbage leaves for serving

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all sauce ingredients and whisk to blend

    In a large bowl combine shrimp and salad ingredients

  3. 3

    Add sauce, as much as needed to moisten and fold in

  4. 4

    Spoon into lettuce cups and garnish with parsley. Add additional sauce for dipping

“Fenway” passed away on 2/3/2021. For the last year she tried to teach her husband of 42 years how to cook like her. Although I will never be as good of a cook as her she did pass on her passion for cooking. Therefore, I will attempt to carry on her legacy and maintain/update her site. My wife was a Registered Nurse, a licensed deep water aerobics instructor, a mother to our 2 children and a fantastic cook. We grew up in New England but have been fortunate to live all over the US. I am now retired, missing her terribly, but thankful for all the years we had together and all her cooking lessons.
