Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. fish boneless
  2. 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
  3. chili powder
  4. turmeric powder
  5. salt
  6. corn flour
  7. 2-3 eggs

Method

  1. Add Photo

    Marinate fish with ginger garlic paste Chilli powder turmeric powder and some salt

  2. Add Photo

    Leave it about for 2 hours

  3. Add Photo

    In a plate add corn flour with some pepper and salt. on the other side beat the eggs

  4. Add Photo

    Take one piece at a time dip in the corn flour and into the egg, again into the floor place aside

  5. Add Photo

    Repeat this with each piece of fish

  6. Add Photo

    Refrigerate for about 1 hour

  7. Add Photo

    Fry until golden brown

  8. Add Photo

    Garnish with some soya sauce and coriander (optional)
